While Mara is currently a powerful AI-driven platform for candidate matching and ranking, we're actively developing AI agentic features that will allow Mara to take more autonomous actions in your recruiting workflow. Think of it as evolving from an intelligent tool to a proactive recruiting assistant that can handle tasks independently.

Our matching algorithm achieves 94% accuracy in technical matching. Candidates with 85%+ matching scores have a 90% chance of passing the second interview. The score combines technical experience, seniority alignment, trustability factors, and cultural fit into a single, transparent metric.

Mara applies 12 deterministic flags to assess candidate reliability: job overlap detection, multiple active jobs check, high turnover patterns, excessive tenure concerns, recent job changes, freelance history analysis, English proficiency validation, and more. These flags help identify potential red flags automatically.

File Support & Job Descriptions

Mara supports PDF, DOCX, DOC, TXT, and RTF files up to 10MB. Our intelligent document text extractor can handle various formats and automatically parses job requirements, tech stack, experience levels, and work arrangements from your uploaded documents.

Mara's intelligent parser can extract 40+ data points from job descriptions, including role requirements, programming languages, frameworks, databases, years of experience, work mode, location, salary ranges, soft skills, certifications, and cultural fit indicators with confidence scoring.

While Mara can process job descriptions in various languages, English is recommended for best results. Our AI is optimized for English-language analysis and provides the highest accuracy when analyzing English job descriptions and candidate profiles.

Pricing & Credits

Mara uses a simple credit system: 1 credit per fully processed and ranked candidate. Credits cover profile enrichment and AI validation/scoring. Starter plan includes 2,000 credits (~2,000 candidates), Professional has 4,800 credits (~4,800 candidates), and Enterprise includes 18,000 credits (~18,000 candidates).

Yes! You can upload a job description and see candidate previews without creating an account. Anonymous users can view basic results and sample candidate profiles. To unlock full AI processing and matching scores, you'll need to sign up and purchase credits.

Technical & Integration
